Good communication and proactive assistance

As one of the few expats in the building, I was really nervous if I'll face any issues with the construction as more often than not, these conversations are in Dutch which is not my strong suit.
However, Regina was quite patient and answered all my questions with utmost clarity which included some detailed discussions on the house design, toilet and Bathroom.

So if any expats are in business with Waal, I very much recommend getting Regina as an advisor as you would have very clearly communicated responses to your questions.

Side note: In general the costs for toilets and bathroom seemed to be little on the higher side. But there is always a cost for convenience. New buyers with more time can always check with alternative providers.
