1. The delivery date is 2 months late than the makelaar promised to us. Even that we pushed the management so we can received 1 week early. 2. The ground level (kitchen) and 1st floor is (flat/even). We noticed it when we install the kitchen cabinet (using waterpass). 3. The smoke detector on 1st floor is located too close to bathroom. The smoke detector often set off because of the bathroom steam
