Though I speak very good Dutch, they were rather disrespectful, unfriendly and made jokes when I wouldn't understand technical aspects of the project. But that's not the main issue. For me the main issue was to see how unexperienced some of the team members were. Making mistakes, not taking into account clear requests written black on white on the "extra work" request sheet, and then not admitting to their mistake. And these requests were written in proper Dutch by my Dutch wife. Anyways. It a pity. I really like the house and the neighborhood, but the whole purchase experience was awful, especially when I needed to be in contact with Lithos. It's not like we live in a time where we always have the luxury to chose who will lead the project of our house... but if you can... stay away from Lithos.
