Disappointing quality and service

We are in the process of preparing for our home delivery and gave the builder a list of things to fix. One of them is causing some trouble as AvE is not taking any responsibility. In one of the bathrooms, the tiles were applied inconsistently. This is basic tiling work which was done badly. Nothing was done for more than a month. Hard to tell who is responsible, the supplier or AvE as they are pointing to each other with no resolution.
