Poor communication and job not well done
Company was hired to create an opening in the wall and put some steel beams. The beams were put too much forward toward, the outside so the bricklaying was sticking out of the wall. End results: impossible to plaster seamlessly around the terrace windows, and we had to create a frame around to hide the bump. We tried to contact the company straight away with pictures as proof and asked them to fix the issue, but they ignored our phone calls, emails...etc. Customer satisfaction and craftsman quality ....ZERO!
