For the price quality is average
We bought a detached house built by Riz Bouw. Original delivery planned for May June, but they rushed the build and it came forward by 2 mo tgs to March.
Everything was a little bit rushed and the quality slipped. Wrong windows ordered. Poor fit and finish.
They are willing to fix the things but also the repairs are rushed and of poor quality.
The customer service is very nice but in their rush to deliver the house ahead of schedule the quality we expected at the price point was missing.
