Distroyed our house

We hired Refracon to build an extension on the back of our house last year. They were awful from the get go so unorganized and their communication was terrible. While carrying out their work they completely destroyed our house that had only been completely renovated a year and a half before. They failed to protect any of our belongings during the project send unqualified trainees to work on our home. Our floor in the living room was completely scratched and needed to be pulled out and completely replaced we had only paid a professional company to put it in the year before. Our stone counter top turned dull after a blanket of cement dust covered everything we owned we also only had a brand new kitchen installed when we moved in. Sofa covered in dust and glass from the insulation. Our brand new windows and doors which they placed completely scratched. One of their workers even dropped one of the windows and causing it to crack. Clothes, shoes, our mirror all destroyed. Since bringing these things to their attention their attitude towards us has been disgusting. They hired a third party company to come fix the scratches on the doors unfortunately they were given the wrong color and used a light grey color to fix the anthracite doors. It looks terrible and although they refused to come even look at it they say we are just “being difficult. Our heating has also not worked since they installed an extra group in extension. All in all I strongly advise you to steer clear of this awful company
