Extremely negligent

I live in an apartment below one that was renovated by Projects Amsterdam. They knowingly made over 10 holes above my plasterboard ceiling and emptied water pipes into my apartment. This caused leaks near the electrical circuitry in my plasterboard (highly flammable) ceiling. A LOT of dirt from the construction site fell into my apartment over a few weeks. It even fell on to my bed. I filmed one of their construction workers looking at me through one of the holes while I was documenting the damages. Cant upload the videos here unfortunately.

When they first came to check out the issues they insisted it was normal and I should just deal with it. They replaced my ceiling a few weeks later, because I angrily insisted, and gave me 525 euro to rent a place to stay while the ceiling was being replaced. The ceiling is ok, a bit sloppy though. At least they did the bare minimum after I insisted? I would still like an apology, though.

I was not a customer, but my landlord was. I had to endure the unprofessional and chaotic nature of the work done by Projects Amsterdam.
