Decent house but some service problems

During construction, requests were always rejected. Bathroom and kitchen providers are useless and expensive. After delivery Lithos failed to fix issues.
In general, the house is done more or less expected with decent quality

somethings could improve

There are still some cases and issues which need to be fixed, and the respond speed of email is slow. before hand over the key, my experience with Lithos was good. after hand over the key and reporting several issues of the house, my experience is getting worse. i felt slow respond on emails and so on.

Mooi huis, maar nog veel verbetering nodig

Het opgeleverde huis ziet er netjes uit. Tegelijkertijd zijn er best veel punten die na de bouw aangepakt moeten worden omdat dit niet goed is opgeleverd. De communicatie hierover laat nog te wensen over.

Het personeel is wel vriendelijk.
