Vakkundig bedrijf, zoeken goede leveranciers om werken uit te voeren. Geven goed avdies in voor en nadelen van keuzes. Tot op zekere hoogte (logisch) kun je gedurende de bouw wat dingen aanpassen. Communicatie is duidelijk en overzichtelijk en reageren snel. Betrekken de koper als er “uitdagingen” zijn. Werkt goed. Na oplevering 22 puntjes in het huis. Waarvan er 20 gaan over hele kleine dingen. Denk aan een zwarte schroef ipv een grijze, denk aan een niet aangedraaid schroefje in een paneel of een zakker op de trap. Bij ons was de verkeerde buitenunit van de warmtepomp geleverd. Gebeurt en wordt gewoon netjes opgelost.

JA, ik geef deze aannemer een aanbeveling.

Easily the worst experience I’ve had with any company in all the places I’ve lived, USA, Australia, and the Netherlands. The person who runs it couldn’t run a bath, let alone a business with customer facing operations. Communication: Non existent from the start. To solve the problem the actually hired a pedicurist with no experience in this market to handle customer facing operations. Now it’s unfortunate to say, but she was not the brightest. In fact, when I wrote in to complain she fired back at me. That actually made me laugh, but her reply was so stupid it just made me feel pity for her. In the end they let her go, and someone almost just as useless came in. Getting a reply to an email is almost impossible. I’d rather do a 20km ocean swim than have to try and get a response from these people. Build Quality: This is where it gets bad. They have messed up terribly and don’t know how to fix the problems. A) the installed a water heater incorrectly that was on average charging me .35 GJ / day for 62 days. This was before I even moved in after I go the key. When they finally fixed the heater, it went down to a correct .08 GJ / day . Obviously Banbouw are on the hook for the difference, which totals over €800. As 7 of the 10 house have experienced this we had a buyers meeting where they promised compensation. Have we heard anything in 3 weeks since? Of course not. B) The walls to the house are incorrectly built, and air seeps in through where the walls are meant to be connected. This means when I turn on the housing ventilation it sounds like a hurricane and it can literally blow a leaf across the room. They are going to have to remove a wall of my house. This again, affects 5 out of 10 houses. Are they communicating to us about it? Other than to acknowledge they are aware of it, no. This has been a problem for over 2 months now, I can’t keep my house at an even temp, and the thermostats never even show the correct temperature. This company has no moral compass.
