Damage and Warranty

Recently OM Bouwgroep have built a roof terrace for our apartment at Nieuwpoortstraat 94D2

Within a couple months of the project being delivered, the glass in one of the windows spontaneously cracked.

Since the delivery in early 2022, and my contact with Onno in September 2022, there has been no help to replace the said part.
It is my understanding that within a 1 year time frame the project is under warranty, and as such the repair or replacement should be carried by your company.

This has been going on for over 6 months, and Onno have been deflecting the situation and not owning up to the mistakes made in the project, and service that break within 1 year of delivery.
