Een geweldig degelijk en mooi huis is er voor ons gebouwd !!!
Wij zijn heel erg blij en dankbaar met onze nieuwe woning gebouwd door dit bouwbedrijf. Het is degelijk en solide gebouwd, mijn verwachting is echt overtroffen !

Nieuwbouw: Appartement
Even with a rigid process and overshooting timelines, failed to deliver to specifications
We purchased an apartment which was constructed by the said builder. In our experience we found the entire process very rigid complimented by lack of proper communication. They made project with a list of sub contractor for Bathrooms, Electric, Tiles... etc. It was mandatory to go with them and they were expensive compared to the available options in the market. Also these sub contractors had very limited options to choose from. For example the color of the doors, there is no option other than white. You cannot choose a particular door handle for 1 door. If you choose one it should be applied to all the doors of the apartment.
Second, there was no advise provided wrt the options of additional work. Like a water connection at the balcony. Empty pipes as provisions for additional electrical points one might need in future. It is my first house but it is certainly not the first for the builder. They are suppose to be expert in this field and their experience must show from their advise. At the least they could have consolidated what other apartment owners have requested and advised new owners accordingly.
Third, the sub contractor showed something on the diagram and being a non native we reconciled what we saw in the diagram with what we discussed. They made a mistake to not include one of the switch points in the quote. However it was shown in the diagram. We signed the work order which included the diagram. In delivery they did not delivery the switch points. When we notified this, the builder accepted the repair request to turn it down later stating the reason that we did not pay for it. We paid what was invoiced if they missed out a point on the invoice that does not mean that it is not our requirement. We asked them to charge us but provide the agreed points. They did not heed the request in time and now they want us to arrange the drilling and breaking of the concrete walls and then they would install the points. This is annoying to say the least.
